Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our website, request course access, book a Lunch and Learn, respond to one of our ads, email us, or call us, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your business name, industry, and role
• Anything you choose to include in a message, such as the help you’re looking for

Information from Facebook and Instagram lead ads. If you submit a lead form in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the information you entered (such as your name, email, and phone number) with us so we can follow up on your request.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location based on your IP address. We may use cookies and similar tools, including analytics and advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our ads.

Text messages (SMS)

Clients of our AI answering service can choose to receive automated text messages from RVA AI Associates with summaries of calls to their business line. We collect the mobile number you give us for these alerts, along with a record of your consent, only when you opt in on our client registration form.

• We use your mobile number only to send the call alerts you asked for and related service messages.
• Message frequency varies, typically 1–50 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email us to stop.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are shared only with the phone service providers that deliver the messages for us.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as email, scheduling, website hosting, customer management, and phone services. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Advertising platforms such as Meta, to run and measure our ads. SMS opt-in data is never shared for advertising.
• Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public
• Business changes, if our business is sold or merged, as part of that transaction

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and reputable service providers. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

• Email: every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us and ask.
• Text messages: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
• Access, correction, and deletion: you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

Children’s privacy

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy
