Our services

The specific services, fees, and timelines for each client are set out in that client’s written proposal or service agreement. If a service agreement conflicts with these terms, the service agreement controls.

SMS Terms

Program name: RVA AI Associates Call Alerts.

What you’ll receive: automated text messages summarizing calls answered by your AI receptionist, such as the caller’s name, callback number, service requested, and whether the call is urgent. These are service alerts, not marketing.

How you opt in: you sign up on our client registration form by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box. Consent is not a condition of buying any service.

• Message frequency varies with your call volume, typically 1–50 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You’ll receive one confirmation and no further messages.
• For help, reply HELP or contact us at connect@rvaaiassociates.info or 686-207-7010.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For how we handle your mobile number and consent, see our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate business information, including prices, hours, and contact numbers your AI receptionist should use.
• Tell us promptly when that information changes.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes.

AI-generated content

Our AI tools can make mistakes. Call summaries and AI-generated content are provided to help you, and you should confirm important details, such as prices or appointment times, directly with your customers.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, RVA AI Associates is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business from missed, delayed, or inaccurate calls or messages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
